The Deep Clean · first visits & seasonal resetsDeep cleaning, down to the grout.
The clean that gets the layers a maintenance visit doesn't touch — fans, frames, fixtures, baseboards and grout — and brings the whole home back to baseline in a single visit.
- Everything in The Standard, plus:
- Baseboards, door frames & switch plates
- Ceiling fans & light fixtures
- Cabinet fronts & inside the microwave
- Detail scrub of tile, grout & fixtures
Every new recurring customer starts with a deep clean — it's what makes the visits after it fast and consistent. Beyond that, it's the right call before hosting a holiday, after a renovation, at the change of a season, or whenever coastal dust and pet hair have gotten ahead of the routine.
Around here the grout work matters more than most places: sandy entryways in Ponte Vedra Beach homes and construction dust in newer Nocatee builds both settle into tile lines that only a detail scrub gets out.
Deep cleaning is available across Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee and St. Johns — with St. Augustine coming soon.
Good questions, straight answers.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that's already at baseline — floors, surfaces, kitchen and baths. A deep clean gets the layers a maintenance visit doesn't touch: baseboards, door frames, switch plates, ceiling fans, light fixtures, cabinet fronts, inside the microwave, and a detail scrub of tile and grout.
How often should I schedule a deep clean?
If you're on a recurring schedule, your home mostly maintains itself — many customers add one deep clean a year as a seasonal reset. Homes without recurring service, or with heavy pet hair and coastal dust, benefit from a deep clean every three to six months.
Is the first visit always a deep clean?
For new recurring customers, yes — the first visit brings the home up to a maintainable standard so every visit after it stays consistent and affordably priced. Your recurring frequency discount applies from that first deep-clean visit.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on size and condition — typically several hours with a full team, roughly half a day for larger homes. Book a morning slot and most homes are done before school pickup.
