Coastal condos collect the same salt film and sand that houses do, often worse — sliding tracks, balcony glass and entry mats take the brunt of it. Those are on the standard list here, not billed as extras.
A lot of the apartments we clean are not primary homes. Seasonal owners and long-term renters both tend to want the same thing: a standing schedule that runs without being managed, and a clean that is verifiable from a distance because you rate it from your phone.

Do you charge less for an apartment than a house?
Yes — the price comes from bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, so a one-bed apartment is quoted as a one-bed apartment. You will see the figure before you book.
How do you get into a building with a gate or callbox?
Put the gate code, fob arrangement or callbox instructions on your booking once. They go to your assigned team and stay on file, so later visits run without you being messaged each time.
Do you clean balconies and lanais?
A sweep-down of a balcony or lanai is available as an add-on, and it is worth adding on coastal properties — salt and sand settle there first and get walked inside.
Can you clean while I am at work?
Yes, and most apartment cleans happen that way. Leave entry details on the booking; they are shared only with your team.
