1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Salty Air Home Cleaning LLC ("Salty Air," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through saltyairhomecleaning.com (the "Site"), our quote and booking forms, our team application form, and in the course of providing cleaning services in and around Ponte Vedra, Florida.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address when you request a quote, book a cleaning, or apply to join a cleaning team.
• Home & service details — your address, home size, bedrooms and bathrooms, access instructions (codes, lockbox locations), pets, preferences, and notes you provide so teams can do the job.
• Payment information — handled by our payment and scheduling providers; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Applicant information — for cleaning-team applicants: experience, service area, team size, insurance status, and background-check results (run with your authorization).
• Basic technical data — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and performance. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used (pages visited, how you found us, device type, approximate location). We do not run advertising or cross-site trackers on the Site.

3. How we use your information

• To provide quotes, schedule and deliver cleanings, and manage your account.
• To communicate with you about appointments — confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and follow-ups — by phone, text message, or email.
• To pay and coordinate our independent cleaning teams.
• To improve our services, respond to feedback, and handle guarantee or damage claims.
• To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations.

4. Text messages & calls

By providing your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quotes and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texting; we'll still reach you by email or phone for essential service updates. We do not send marketing text blasts without your consent, and we never share your number with third parties for their marketing.

5. Who we share information with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Your assigned cleaning team — name, address, access instructions, and job details needed to perform your cleaning. Teams are contractually required to keep this confidential.
• Service providers — the scheduling, invoicing, and payment platform we use to run the business (currently Jobber), our website host (Cloudflare), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and email providers. They may process your data only to provide services to us.
• Background-check providers — for team applicants, with your authorization.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, teams, or business.

6. Cookies & analytics

The Site uses cookies for two things: what's needed to function, and Google Analytics, which helps us understand site usage (which pages are visited and how visitors found us). We use analytics data only to improve the Site — never for advertising, and we don't sell it. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and Google describes its handling of this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our client portal and forms are provided by the third-party services above, which may set their own functional cookies subject to their privacy policies.

7. How long we keep information

We keep customer records for as long as you're a customer and afterward as needed for tax, legal, insurance, and dispute-resolution purposes. Access instructions are deleted or deactivated promptly when you stop service and ask us to remove them.

8. How we protect it

The Site is served over HTTPS, access to customer records is limited to people who need it to serve you, and home-access details are shared only with your assigned team. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your home's information the way we'd want ours treated.

9. Your choices

• You can ask us anytime what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law).
• You can opt out of texts (reply STOP) and marketing emails (unsubscribe link or just ask).

10. Children

Our Site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
