Moves run on hard dates — closings, final walkthroughs, lease-end inspections. We schedule into the gap and show up when the house is empty, so the clean covers what a furnished visit never can: inside storage, behind appliance footprints, the garage floor.
In Nocatee, RiverTown and Shearwater, a big share of our move cleans are brand-new builds — and builder dust is its own discipline: top-down, cabinets in and out, floors dead last so nothing resettles before the moving truck arrives.

Does the home need to be empty for a move clean?
Empty is ideal — it's what lets us get inside every cabinet, drawer and closet and behind where furniture stood. If you're mid-move, tell us what will still be in the house and we'll plan the visit around it.
Can you clean a brand-new construction home before we move in?
Yes — builder dust is its own job. Fine drywall and grout dust keeps settling for weeks after closing, so we work top-down (fans, frames, baseboards), detail cabinets inside and out, and finish floors last so nothing resettles before your furniture arrives.
Can you schedule around a closing or lease end date?
Yes — realtor and landlord scheduling is routine for us. Book the clean for the gap between walkthroughs, and if a closing date slips, rescheduling is free with 24 hours' notice.
Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?
It covers the cleaning items most landlords and property managers check — inside appliances, cabinets, baths, baseboards and floors. We can't guarantee a deposit (that's your landlord's call and covers more than cleaning), but you'll hand back a professionally cleaned home and get our 24-hour reclean guarantee if anything was missed.
