- $20 off the first clean. Applied to the first visit, whichever service you pick.
- Frequency discounts start on visit two. The first visit is quoted at the one-time rate, so a schedule has to actually happen to be worth anything.
- No contracts. Skip, change frequency or stop; reschedule free with 24 hours’ notice.
Most homes start with a deep clean and then sit on a recurring schedule. The first visit does the catching up; everything after it is maintenance, which is why it costs less.
If the house is empty — a closing, a lease ending, a build just finished — it is a move clean or a post-construction clean instead. Those are priced as one-offs because that is what they are.
