A deposit is rarely lost on the obvious things. It goes on the inside of the oven, the fridge seals, the top of a cabinet, the tracks of a slider — the places a walkthrough checklist names specifically and a normal clean skips.
Book it after the last load is out and before the final walkthrough. If a landlord, property manager or agent is doing the inspection, tell us on the booking and we will work to that list rather than a general tidy.
For sellers the calculation is simpler still: the cost of the clean is small against the impression an empty house makes when a buyer walks it for the last time.

Will this get my deposit back?
We clean to the standard a walkthrough checks — inside appliances, inside cabinets, tracks, baseboards and grout, which is where deposits are usually lost. We cannot speak for damage or wear, but the cleaning side will stand up to inspection.
When should I book it?
After the last of your things are out and before the final walkthrough. An empty home is faster and cheaper to clean, and anything still in the house is something we have to work around.
Can you clean with some furniture still in place?
Yes, though it costs more and takes longer, and anything underneath or inside furniture that stays cannot be reached. If the walkthrough is the point, empty is better.
Do you provide anything for the landlord or agent?
Tell us on the booking who is inspecting and we will work to their list. You rate the clean from your phone afterward, and if something was missed we return and reclean free within 24 hours.
